SALON POLICY & ETIQUETTE
We are a appointment only Salon. We ask that you kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are late, an abbreviated service will be performed and you will be charged for the originally scheduled service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. For those who arrive late, we will hold your appointment slot for 10 minutes, but cannot guarantee your reservation after that point.
Appointments booked online are charged full price on the day of booking. In the event that you have to reschedule your appointment your credit remains on your account until service is rendered. Credit may be used on in store products. We do not give cash back.
Each appointment is reserved especially for you. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged full service price.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within one week of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another technician. If on the rare occasion this does not resolve the issue, we can refund 50% of the original service in the form of in salon credit for any future services with any stylist of your choice.
PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
Hair products that have not been used may be exchanged for any other product or for in store product credit. We do not give cash back for returns.
We ask you to consider the fact that sharp implements and a busy congested area combine to make any salon a dangerous environment. No matter how careful we are, accidents can and do happen. For the safety and consideration of other guest, we ask that children not be brought to our salon unless they are receiving services. The salon is appropriate for guests 5 years and older.
We accept VIsa, Mastercard and Cash. We are a cash tip only.
